About the role We're on the lookout for a friendly, confident, and passionate Registered Nurse to join our Urgent Care team on a full-time basis at our Top Ryde Clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys working in a clinical environment and is passionate about delivering high quality patient care. Working alongside our experienced GPs and healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in assessing, treating, and supporting patients presenting with a wide range of acute healthcare needs. A day in the life: Respiratory assessment and management Wound care and dressing management Patient triage, referrals, and clinical assessments Observation monitoring and ongoing patient management Medical administration and clinical documentation Fracture and sprain management Performing ECGs and cardiac monitoring Responding to any acute onsite events Maintaining stock levels of emergency equipment, medications, dressings, and clinical consumables Working collaboratively with GPs and the wider healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes What we're looking for: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse Previous experience in Urgent Care, Emergency or Acute Care Strong clinical assessment and triage skills Confidence managing acute presentations Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team What you'll get from us: Discounted Private Health Insurance Exclusive discounts on gym memberships Relocation assistance through Myhealth on the Move (available to current employees) Ongoing training and development A supportive and collaborative team environment I'm excited to join!
